Registered Professional Land Surveyors, recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 181, Page 101, described as follows: Commencing at an iron pin set at the most southerly corner of the granted premises and at the Easterly corner of land now or formerly of Peter L. Temple, on the Northwesterly line of East Street, as show on said plan; thence running N. 39 36' 43" W., a distance of 221.44 feet along land now or formerly of Peter L. Temple to an iron pin at land now or formerly of Leo & Susanna B.
