Legal Notice The Town of Amherst invites sealed proposals for the Preferred Developer of Leased Property for Supportive Housing. The Invitation for Bids may be obtained online at www.amherstma.gov/bids. Proposers must request a site visit before June 8, 2026, to be held by June 16, 2026. Sealed Proposals shall be submitted no later than 2p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2026, and will be publicly opened and recorded at that time. Sealed Proposals can be mailed or delivered to: Town Accountant's Office, ATTN: Holly Young, Town Hall, 4 Boltwood Avenue, Amherst, MA 01002. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law.
