INVITATION FOR BIDS Fiber to the Premise Installation & On-Call Services RFP #2026FTTPInstall&OnCall. South Hadley Electric Light Dept is accepting sealed bids until 1:00PM EST, Thursday, April 23, 2026, for FTTP Installation Services and FTTP On-Call of Internet and Voice Services for Fiberspring, at 85 Main Street, South Hadley, MA 01075, where the bids will be publicly opened at 1:30PM EST. The term of this contract is for one (1) year, with an option for SHELD to renew the agreed upon contract items for an additional year, not to exceed a total of (3) years. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. Interested parties should email SHELD (see below) with their contact information to obtain the link for the pre-bid meeting. Cutoff date for questions is April 16, 2026. The bid package is available on our website: www.sheld.org, under "About" then "RFP and Specifications" or by emailing Kim at kmendoza@sheld.org .
